I have to be accountable for what I eat, drink and whatever activities I do this week with someone I partnered with in my Weight Watchers group. Our leader thought it would be a good idea to share what your routine is with someone in the group in hope that you can possibly learn something different that can help with your weight loss program.
I record everything online through my smartphone app, but this week I have to jot my actions down as well so that I can share with my partner next week. It's not mandatory, but we can share how much weight we loss for the week as well. I'm looking forward to sharing my week and hopefully learn some new ideas/habits I can pick up as well! I'll keep you posted!

I have adopted the Terry Wahl's MD diet of eliminating all grains and adding 9 cups of colorful berries and fruits and only eating grass fed meats. Within the first 5 days of grain free eating, I lost 6 lbs. of inflammation. Inflammation is a cause of MS. Voila!
